At this time, we do not ship to outside of Australia.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your Products. If you are not
satisfied with your Product for any reason, you may be entitled to a change of mind
return. The following process applies to change of mind returns:
- Submit a returns request via the contact us page within 14 days of the date of the order was received. Your request must include the order details and the contact details of which the order was placed under.
- After submitting a returns request we'll reply back to you within 10 business days with a confirmation email.
- After the email is received by you, the products must then be returned at your cost to the returns address in the confirmation email.
Also the products must be returned:
- In the same original condition and packaging that you received it, unopened and unused.
- and include the proof of purchase receipt.

FAULTY RETURNS
